I didn’t start this work as a business idea. I started it as a daughter.
Like many families, I’ve walked through the overwhelming, emotional process of figuring out what to do when a parent can no longer live safely at home. The questions come fast and heavy. Where do we go? Who can we trust? How do we pay for this? What happens to the home, the belongings, the life they built?
I know what that feels like. And I also know how confusing and fragmented the system can be when you’re trying to make the right decision for someone you love.
That’s why I created Hopestone Solutions.
My role is simple, but incredibly important. I walk alongside families during one of the most difficult transitions of their lives and help bring clarity, direction, and peace of mind. I take the time to truly understand your situation, your loved one’s needs, your financial concerns, and what matters most to your family. Then I help you navigate the options and connect you with trusted, vetted communities that are the right fit.
But what makes my approach different is that I don’t just help with placement.
I also help solve the financial side of the equation.

With more than 24 years of hospital experience and a lifetime of caring for others, Betty brings both compassion and firsthand understanding to families navigating senior care decisions.
Throughout her career in healthcare, Betty worked in hospital admissions across multiple departments, including outpatient services, the women’s center, the main hospital, and the emergency room. This experience gave her a deep understanding of healthcare systems, patient transitions, and the emotional challenges families often face during times of medical crisis.
Beyond her professional background, Betty’s passion for helping seniors is deeply personal. She served as caregiver for her husband during his battle with stage 4 brain cancer and has also cared for her elderly parents and aunt. She understands firsthand the emotional weight, uncertainty, and exhaustion that often comes with caring for a loved one.
Because of her own experiences, helping families navigate senior living options is more than a career, it is truly a calling. Betty has a heart for seniors and is passionate about helping families find the right care, ask the right questions, and feel supported throughout the transition process. Betty is committed to helping families feel informed, cared for, and never alone during one of life’s most difficult seasons.
